Welcome to our pub
Welcome to the White Hart and Yeliz restaurant in the heart of the village of Burbage, Wiltshire.
A perfect blend of traditional English pub and exquisite Turkish cuisine all under one roof!
Our long established and traditional village pub is proud to offer a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits served in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Outside, when the weather is fine, we have tables and treehouses which are perfect for families and groups to relax and enjoy a drink and perhaps share a meze or enjoy a meal from our menu.
The in-house Yeliz restaurant offers diners a full menu of Turkish and English dishes served in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Each dish is freshly prepared on the premises by our chefs using authentic ingredients. Our extensive menu includes sharing platter mezes, traditional Turkish shish, vegetarian and seafood dishes, and still includes our famous White Hart fish and chips!
So why not drop in and see what we have to offer? Whether you are local or just passing through, you can be sure of a warm welcome from the team at the White Hart and Yeliz!

Treehouses
We have three Treehouses named ‘Toad’s Treehouse,’ ‘Badger’s Den’ and ‘Mole’s Snug’ which are a real feature in our new garden, we put these up in October 2020 hoping they would keep us open through the winter when Covid-19 hit, unfortunately it wasn’t to be but they have been so popular they are definitely here to stay.
The treehouses are made of solid pine and have red roofs to match in with the surrounding houses and they are bespoke to the White Hart. Each one can accommodate 10 to 12 people comfortably, so if you wish to have a night out with the boys, the girls or friends and family they are ideal.
They give great protection from the sun, (being cool in hot weather), the rain, (being dry and warm), the only time we wouldn’t suggest using them is in thunder and lightning.
Do book ahead if you would like to reserve one as they are very popular…
